I welcome your questions about Tai Chi and Qigong and about my classes in the Mid–Hudson Valley of New York.

Students come from all around the area, including Woodstock, Rhinebeck, Highland, New Paltz, Kingston, Newburgh, Ellenville and the Catskills, as well as the towns and hamlets of High Falls, Stone Ridge, Cottekill, Accord, Lomontville and Rochester.
